Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe expands regional office network
Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe (LMIE) is opening new operations in Birmingham and London.
Last month, Liberty outlined a major push into the commercial lines mid-market.
The new offices in Birmingham and London will expand its regional network which already includes Bristol, Cheltenham and Manchester.
The new Birmingham office will service the Midlands region. The London branch is set to open later this month targeting the South East and London.
LMIE chief executive Sean Rocks said: “This expansion allows us to increase our presence in the commercial lines arena amongst mid-market and larger SME companies.
"We are confident that the new locations in Birmingham and London, together with our existing branch network will support the distribution of our products and position LMIE as a ‘go to‘ market for brokers placing mid-sized commercial risks.”
The existing Manchester office is managed by Daniel Fielding, regional manager; Bristol by Jonathan Powell, regional manager; and Cheltenham by Chris Bilas, managing director of LMIE subsidiary Liberty Vision.
