Two new employees added to the Manchester and Bristol offices
Liberty International Underwriters (LIU), a division of leading global insurer Liberty Mutual Group, has boosted its regional professional indemnity (PI) expertise through the appointments of Katie Dumenil and Simon Barber to its Bristol and Manchester offices respectively.
Katie Dumenil, who joins as an Assistant Professional Indemnity Underwriter reporting to UK Regional Professional Indemnity Manager Rich Mason, was formerly an account handler with The Oval Group. Prior to that, she worked for London broker Paul Napier, specialising in PI, directors’ & officers’ and crime insurance products.
Simon Barber, who joins the Manchester office as a professional indemnity underwriter reporting to senior regional professional indemnity underwriter Ben Allen, previously worked as a broker with Bollington where he had responsibility for placing a range of commercial insurance products with a strong emphasis on financial lines business.
