An offshore provider of legal and business services, with main offices in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands, will be formed following the merger of two law firms, it was announced.
Law firms Appleby Spurling & Kempe (AS&K) and Hunter & Hunter will merge on 1 April to form Appleby Spurling Hunter.
The new firm will have additional offices in the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong and London.
AS&K managing partner Peter Bubenzer said the merged companies would provide a broader and deeper array of services and would advise clients regarding the selection of the most appropriate offshore jurisdiction.
