Insurer buys 150,000 of its own shares

Lancashire Holdings bought back 150,000 shares yesterday at an average price of 424.28p per share.

The highest price and the lowest price paid were 425p and 423.2p. All the purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.

The company holds 9,675,168 common shares in Treasury and has 172,827,895 common shares in issue.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
