Pippa Smith to concentrate on the company's relationships with insurers

Rehabilitation services provider Kynixa has appointed Pippa Smith as a client liaison manager.

In her new role she will concentrate on the company’s relationships with insurers, with the specific brief of ensuring that claims requiring rehabilitation are dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Smith joined Kynixa three years ago as a case manager and has considerable experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation.

“My case management experience will be useful for my new role and means that I can provide an objective and balanced approach to the rehabilitation requirements of our insurance customers,” she said.

Recent analysis carried out by the company showed cases referred within the first three months of an accident required less than half the time needed for rehabilitation compared to cases referred after 18 months.
