Replacement for Martin Oliver announced
Kwik-Fit Group has appointed Brendan Devine as managing director of Kwik-Fit Financial Services.
Devine, who takes up his position today, succeeds Martin Oliver, who left Kwik-Fit to join Barbon Insurance, the former Erinaceous business, as chief executive last year.
Reporting to Kwik-Fit Group chief executive Ian Fraser, Devine's focus will be to grow KFFS as a leading UK personal lines insurance broker through building on its strong motor insurance franchise as well as expanding its presence in other product areas such as van, motorbike and household insurance.
Devine has almost 20 years experience within the UK and Irish financial services industry, the last ten years of which have been spent in a number of senior roles at GE, most recently as managing director of GE Money Loans UK, where he was responsible for defining the division’s future markets, strategy, and acquisitions, while improving its service offering to partners and consumers.
