Kiln has completed the sale of Link Insurance Services. The Maidstone-based specialist personal lines insurer has been sold to Rubicon Corporation.
KILN this morning announced it had completed the sale of Link Insurance Services.
The Maidstone-based specialist personal lines insurer has been sold to Rubicon Corporation.
The deal includes the ongoing business assets and staff and has netted Kiln about £100,000.
Kiln said the sale would help it concentrate on its core underwriting activities.
It had announced plans for the sale last month.
