Worcestershire-based broker K Drewe has purchased Armon Heath and Dane LLP, a Kent caravan schemes broker.
K Drewe has been in business for 50 years, and this represents its first acquisition.
K Drewe will retain all Armon Heath and Dane's employees and trading name.
