Norman Topche becomes director of Reinsurance at Lloyd's insurer.
Jubilee Managing Agency, the specialist Lloyd’s insurer, has appointed Norman Topche as director of Reinsurance, to support the company’s plans for strategic expansion .
Topche will be responsible for all reinsurance arrangements to underpin and support the company’s growth in a range of new business areas as part of its strategy to build on their existing London market presence. His appointment follows the recent announcement by the Company on the recruitment of Andreas Loucaides as head of nderwriting.

Topche joins Jubilee from Willis Re, where he was executive director, with responsibility for the production, management and placement of non-marine reinsurance on behalf of Lloyd’s Syndicates and Multi-national companies. He has also held senior roles with Robert Fleming Insurance Brokers, PWS International and D.R Neil Syndicate 939.
