Journeys Travel Insurance has introduced a new internet-based policy issuing service for agents selling Frequent Journeys.

Journeys says this service reduces issuing costs so greater commission is available. In addition, it means that agents can issue travel insurance using the internet alone, without the need to sign up to Task, Voyager, Concord or a similar service.

Internet-based policy issuing means that there is no need for a certificate pad and Journeys says it will pass on the savings made through this paperless process to agents, with up to 40% commission available.

Another benefit of the service is that Journeys will keep track of the policies issued to each agency and send a monthly invoice, so agents will no longer need to send in paperwork at the end of every month.
