Broker to move to St Botolph Building in City
JLT has unveiled plans to relocate its headquarters to The St Botolph Building in London.
The move, which was first mooted in March, marks London’s biggest letting deal this year, according to a report in City AM.
The brokers said it has signed a 25-year lease with Minerva, which is owned by Delancey and AREA Property Partners, for 287,000ft2, at a rent of about £45 per square foot.
The deal will consolidate JLT’s 1,800 UK staff at offices in Crutched Friars, America Square and Fenchurch Street under one roof.
A number of brokers and insurers have offices in The St Botolph Building including Lockton.
