Insurance Times surveys Aviva’s top partners in wake of recent changes at the top
A snap survey of senior insurance brokers by Insurance Times has given a resounding vote of confidence for intermediary and partnerships director Phil Bayles.
Insurance Times interviewed 32 directors at Aviva’s key broking partners following the appointment of Maurice Tulloch as UK chief executive and the exit of Robin Spencer after a year in the post.
They answered a range of questions about their relationship with Aviva, including how much confidence they had in Bayles.
“A lot” of confidence was the most popular answer, with 13 out of 28 respondents. Five said they had quite a lot and five more “some confidence”. Five said they did not have very much confidence in Bayles.
The full results of the survey – which asked whether brokers placed more or less business with Aviva than they did a year ago and whether Aviva is Number One for brokers – is available to subscribers.
