Blyth Valley has relocated to new premises in Ipswich.
The new office is twice as big as the broker's previous space. Its ICT facilities complement Blyth Valley's focus on e-commerce and online marketing.
Founder and managing director of Blyth Valley, Iain Hatfield, said: “We realised very quickly that our small business customers were not only busy, they were technology-literate. They preferred the speed of email communication and were happy to receive their policy documentation digitally.
“For us, digital communications means that we are quicker and more accurate at giving our customers what they want. We don't have to search through racks of paper files to find a customer's record, and we don't have to pass on the expense of doing so either.”
