Bank's insurance site in Nottingham to close
Lloyds Banking Group has announced a further shake-up that will result in the loss of 650 full-time jobs.
The bank's axe will largely fall on insurance staff in Nottingham, where a site is being shut down, and other back office jobs in Chester.
The announcement came at the same time part-nationalised Lloyds said it closing its 265-strong network of Halifax-branded agencies.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
