Claims Management specialist InFront Solutions has launched GClaim, a domestic property repair management system.

InFront has built the system to provide an integrated approach to managing the direction of claims from notification to invoice issuing. The claims company have formed a new collaboration with Net-Works to develop the web-based management system.

Managing Director David Moore said: "Our insurance clients are impressed with the impact GClaim has on the speed of settlement and leakage reduction. GClaim is an excellent example of what can be achieved when everyone co-operates and communicates.

InFront claims the system will enable the claims supply chain to operate efficiently. Moore added: "The system can be used by our clients to view the status of any claim online.

"GClaim has already helped us to secure greater levels of efficiency and cost control, the benefits of which have been passed on to our clients."
