The HMT team remains unchanged and will continue to operate from its Surrey office
HMT has rebranded as Lark Special Risks & Post Conflict.
This follows the acquisition of HMT Insurance Brokers by the Lark Group back in July.
At the time chairman Graham Lark said it was the first ‘significant’ acquisition since the management buyout from Groupama in 2012.
The purchase is expected to give Lark annual commission and fee revenues of about £25m.
It has also increased the number of staff to more than 300 employees based in seven offices across London and the south east of England.
HMT provides insurance advice to businesses operating in post-conflict territories such as Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan and other high-security areas and looks after clients who undertake mine clearance and ordnance disposal work.
The HMT team remains unchanged and continues to operate from its office in Esher, Surrey.
