Motor insurer Highway has appointed Susan Foley as regional account manager for the North of England and North Wales.
In her new role Foley will be responsible for the management and development of Highway's brokers within the region. Supported by a regional underwriting operations team, she will be the main point of contact for brokers ensuring they get the right response, quickly.
Foley has worked in insurance for nearly 15 years and was most recently commercial development underwriter at R&SA, where she was responsible for the underwriting and pricing of individual risks.
Commenting on the new appointment, Michael Lawrence, Highway's sales and marketing director said: “Our regional account managers provide an essential link between Highway's broker partners and our internal departments. As a very experienced account manager, Susan has both the commercial and personal lines experience needed to help us work even closer with our brokers in the North of England and North Wales.”
