Hill House Hammond has acquired Caernarfon and Porthmadog-based Bruce Edwards, Jones and Co.
The company's Caernarfon and Porthmadog branches will be rebrand into Hill House Hammond Network.
The transfer of 9000 personal lines policies, will not interfere with the Bruce Edwards, Jones and Co existing commercial lines policies.
Hill House Hammond said they would retain the staff.
