Debby Corlett appointed as director executive.
Heath Lambert has announced the appointment of Debby Corlett as development executive for the Public Sector Unit (PSU) based in the North of England.
Joining from Marsh, Lambert will be based in the Newcastle office, and will have overall responsibility for developing the public sector account in the whole of the north of England.
Graham Barr, who heads up Heath Lambert’s national operation, said: “I am absolutely delighted that Debby has decided to join our team. Debby has enjoyed a string of successful new business pitches in the past few years, and is yet another excellent signing for PSU to help with our push to grow in the north of England. Continuing to attract people such as Debby to the team is absolutely key in moving the business forward.”
Corlett will work closely with the PSU servicing team in Manchester, which is one of Heath Lambert’s centres of excellence in terms of its public sector offering. The team is headed up by Mark Sangster, and offers a vast range of services to niche areas of public sector, such as local authorities, fire and police authorities, pension authorities and educational institutions.
Corlett said: “I am very much looking forward to taking up my new role at Heath Lambert. The PSU team in Manchester has built up a loyal client base, and has worked hard to establish an excellent network of specialist advisors to the public sector, including solicitors, risk managers and actuaries. I will be working to develop this thriving business across the North, whilst ensuring that we maintain a high quality service for our clients.”
