Mark Lovejoy appointed as Associate Director
Heath Lambert has Mark Lovejoy as Associate Director for the Group’s expanding Mergers, Acquisitions and Disposals team. He joins the company from Marsh.
In a statement the broker said Lovejoy would be responsible for assisting the Mergers, Acquisitions and Disposals team with the placement of the Group’s portfolio of M&A insurance solutions, for business development and for the continuing establishment of relationships with clients and the wider deal community.
Alan Pratten, Managing Director for Heath Lambert’s Major Accounts Group, said: “Despite media reports to the contrary, we are seeing plenty of activity in the M&A market.
"As a Group, we believe we have a comprehensive knowledge of this complex area of insurance and have seen a definite increase in demand from our clients for the products and services that we offer. Therefore, recruiting high calibre people like Mark to the team is vital."
