Hardy shareholders approve dividend

Hardy Underwriting shareholders have approved a dividend of 8.25 pence at the company's AGM.

The dividend will be paid on 2 July to shareholders who were on the register by 11 June 2004.

All resolutions were approved at the meeting, said the company.
