Groupama has expanded its range of online products with the launch of an office and surgery product.
The new product is Optima Office and Surgery. It is available to brokers through multi-insurer online trading system imarket, Groupama's Optima Online Extranet or through the insurer's Optima Connect telephone quote service.
The product includes all-risks cover for loss of property, business interruption, public liability and employers' liability.
Cover is available for multiple premises with floating business interruption cover, and computer breakdown cover is also available.
Groupama head of customer solutions Andy Heap said that after being piloted with a small number of its brokers, the product is being made available more widely due to "excellent" feedback.
Like the rest of Groupama's Optima products, which include shops, tradesmen, professionals and vans, the new product is fully auto-rated and offers instant quotes.
The company said the launch was part of its drive to expand electronic trading on its commercial product range.
