Are not brokers (especially the smaller ones) being milked enough already by the new government schemes, one of which is such a farce that it has lasted but a couple of years, costing the industry millions?

Surely, as the General Insurance Standards Council (GISC) is a government scheme for which we have paid for nothing, so they should provide full details of the new Financial Services Authority (FSA) scheme without further cost.

The government is using it as another form of tax on brokers - ands eventually policyholders?
