Brit Insurance
Brit Insurance Holdings has appointed Neil Withington as senior financial analyst for the group.

He joins Brit after three years as managing director of Willow Information Services.

He was also previously an associate director in the insurance rating division of Fitch and a partner at Quest Insurance Research.

The Grosvenor Group
The Grosvenor Group announces Keith Glover has been appointed commercial director, and will be responsible for client relationships and business development.

Glover was previously with Norwich Union and Royal & SunAlliance, where he had extensive claims and operational management experience.

BROKERS
AA Insurance Services
AA Insurance Services has appointed several new business managers at its Newcastle operations centre and Basingstoke headquarters.

Andrea Crinnion will head the commercial vehicle, motorcycle, travel and motor agencies business unit in Newcastle.

James Cole joins the AA from the PHS group and will head Newcastle-based AA Select.

In Basingstoke, Chris Jackson has been promoted to insurance finance manager, while Geoff Hoyle and John Close have been made general managers of the business.

J Bennett & Son
Greg Chivers, Trevor Benjamin AC11 and Helen Isacke have joined J Bennett & Son Insurance Brokers in High Wycombe.

Chivers and Benjamin have been appointed as commercial account executives. Chivers has seven years' experience in insurance, including five years with A-Plan Insurance as branch manager. Benjamin spent 21 years with Commercial Union.

Isacke joins the team as marketing manager, having spent six years running her own recruitment agency.

Camberford Law
Kelly Sinclair has rejoined Camberford Law as a sales executive in the direct marketing department.

She joined Camberford Law in 1997 as an office junior and then moved on to personal lines and commercial administration. She left Camberford Law in March 2000 to join Hanover Park.

TECHNOLOGY
Mondas
Mondas has appointed Tom McClelland as technical director of Mondas Information Technology. He was previously technical director at DSR.

LEGAL
Browne Jacobson
Browne Jacobson announces that Bridget Tatham and Kevin Lawson, defendant personal injury specialists, have joined its Birmingham office. Tatham joins from Chapman Everatt following the retirement from private practice of Richard Chapman to take up a public appointment.

Lawson joins the technical insurance department from Berrymans Lace Mawer.

Reynolds Porter Chamberlain
Regulatory lawyer Michael Connor joins Reynolds Porter Chamberlain's insurance and reinsurance business. He joins from Lloyd's investigations department.

Weightmans
Ten lawyers have joined Weightmans as part of the firm's expansion in key sectors.

For the commercial team construction partner Andrew Davies, joins from DLA. Barrister Jason Searle joins from Bullivant Jones. Property law specialist Heidi Batho has made a comeback to Weightmans' commercial team, rejoining from Addleshaw Booth & Co.

Marine lawyer Janet Fallon has joined from the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company. The litigation team has been boosted by the arrival of personal injury expert Sarah Tedstone, from Chapman Everatt. Clinical negligence lawyers Antonia Ford and Helen Littlewood have joined the professional indemnity team from Clement Jones and Tinsels respectively. Wasif Ikram joins from Keoghs.

Rachel Martin, employment lawyer, has joined the commercial team from Metcalfe Copeman & Co. Employment expert Sarah Armstrong has joined the commercial team from a niche Manchester employment law firm.

They will have responsibilities across all four current offices, Birmingham, Leicester, Liverpool and Manchester (a London office will open in May following the merger with Vizard Oldhams' litigation team).

R3: Group has appointed Anita Yandell as a business development consultant who will focus on developing sales of mortgages and mortgage-related insurance products via IFA networks and estate agents.

Previously she worked for IFA network Regency Group as telesales manager.

Loss Recovery Group
Jo Thoy joins the Loss Recovery Group as business development manager.

She joins from ACE Europe where she was a development underwriter for the financial lines operation.

Healthsure
Jane Beswick joins healthcare cash plan provider Healthsure as a customer contact team manager. She joins from WH Smith News where she was a customer service manager.

HSA
HSA has appointed Robin Dixon as national account manager and seven new regional business development managers.

Reporting to Dixon are new managers, Ruth Wilson (Midlands), Jo Frost (South-east), Valerie Davidson (Scotland), Peter Barry (North-west), Steve Radcliffe (North-east), Sandy Michelson (South-west and Wales) and Ian Prime (Central south).

Ebor Asset
Brian Hunt joins Ebor as an associate partner. He worked at Towry Law for 11 years after leaving the RAF, where he was in the supply branch for 20 years.

Concorde Informatics
Rob Parnaby becomes automotive product manager to head up Concorde Informatics' software development programme. He has been at the company for 12 years
