Giles targets letting agent market

Giles has hired Carlos Thompson as managing director, private rental sector to boost its move into the letting agent market.

Thompson was previously part of the senior management team at Zurich-owned Endsleigh Insurance, where he spent 20 years.

Giles chief executive Brendan McManus said: “I am delighted to announce the arrival of Carlos Thompson. Carlos is a valuable addition to the team at Giles as the group moves into the buoyant letting agent market. This will also complement the group’s position in the estate agent market through the market leading brand Agent Assure.”
