Giles swoops for Towergate boss in Wales

Giles Insurance Brokers has strengthened its team in Wales following the appointment of Michelle Villis as commercial account executive.

Villis joins Giles from her previous role as managing director of Cardiff-based rival, Towergate Risk Solutions.

The latest appointment takes the total number of staff now employed by Giles in Wales to more than 80.

Mike Jones, regional managing director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Michelle on board at a time when we are looking to strengthen our position in the Welsh marketplace. We are sure that her industry and local market knowledge will play an instrumental role in the future of Giles in the area.
