Giles' recruitment firm merges with rival

Giles’ insurance recruitment business, Giles Recruitinsure, has merged with rival Dallas Kirkland Professions.

The new business will be called Dallas Kirkland Recruitinsure (DKRI) and will operate as a division of MGA Ink Insurance.

DKP was formed in 2001 and arranges specialist insurance products for UK recruitment agencies.

The Giles Recruitinsure team also provide specialist insurance cover for the sector.

Mark Addis, the wholesale managing director, said: “We are delighted to be able to welcome the new combined business under the ink umbrella, which will be led by industry professionals with many years of experience of this particular market.

“The added resource available to the combined operation will help maintain DKRI as market leaders.”
