Appointment is part of Gallagher’s plans to expand its public sector business
Arthur J Gallagher has hired Peter Mason as executive director in its specialist UK Public Sector and Education Practice.
Mason joins from Willis Towers Watson. Prior to that he spent 16 years at Marsh where he led its public sector practice across the UK and Ireland.
Gallagher says that Mason’s appointment is an indication of the broker’s commitment to continue investing in public sector expertise.
In his new role Mason will oversee the team of public sector client directors and support managing director Tim Devine on strategy, client service and business development.
