GAB Robins has established two new roles — field quality manager and regional field director.
The loss adjuster has already appointed three field quality managers — John Pollock (North region), Mike Egerton (East & North London region) and David Gordon (South & South London region) — and is in the process of recruiting two more.
Ian Woodhead, UK field operations director, said: “As part of our continued commitment to differentiate GAB Robins as the leading provider of technical competence and expertise in the UK property loss adjusting market, we have established the additional role of field quality manager.”
GAB's field quality managers will take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining a superior standard of technical loss adjusting, reporting and quality of service.
Five field directors will oversee different regions:
• Peter Farrelly – Scotland
• Chris Day – North
• Phil Browning – West & Midlands
• Phil Butterworth – East & North London
• Lawrence Baily – South & South London
