Fusion Insurance said it has launched a property owners product to boost the level of cover available for property owners.
It said the new product included free legal expenses cover of up to £100,000 underwritten by DAS legal Expenses, including up to £50,000 for lease disputes.
The product had capacity to write sum insured of up to £75m, said Fusion. Policyholders would also have access to advice on legal and taxation issues, an online business information service and business recovery planning system.
The policies will be written through the Lloyd's market.
Fusion managing director Kevin Pallet, said: “Our aim in putting together this unique property owners cover was to create a range of services that enhance the client's business as well as providing financial protection in the form of the insurance contract.
“We believe we've been successful in creating an offer that's highly attractive to both clients and brokers.”
