Regulator issues warning to brokers in latest report
The FSA has hinted that it could be about to clamp down on the consolidator model in its Financial Risk Outlook 2010.
The FSA warned brokers that consolidators must face stricter governance and controls or risk market failure.
Broker chief executives told Insurance Times that tighter governance could thwart the growth of ambitious firms.
