FSA appoints Stockton to FSCS board

The FSA has appointed Paul Stockton as a non­executive director of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

Stockton is currently Group Finance Director at client fund and asset managers Rathbone Brothers plc, before which he worked in the insurance sector.

FSA chairman Lord Turner (pictured above) said: “We are pleased that Paul has been appointed to the FSCS Board as non-executive director. He brings with him valuable experience which will greatly benefit the FSCS.”
