Wellington announced today that four directors have resigned their directorships as of 31 December. These are: John Barton, John Engestrom, Paul Hamilton and Julian Hance.
Wellington announced on Friday that Barton had resigned as chairman of the group. It was also confirmed that two senior aviation insurance underwriters had departed. Robert Swinton and Noel Holloway, the head and deputy head of Wellington's aviation team, left the company earlier that week.
