General Re's CEO Ronald Ferguson, former General Re officers and a former AIG executive have pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from their alleged involvement in fraudulent activity that has been the subject of regulatory probes.
Ferguson, former General Re CFO Elizabeth Monrad, former General Re assistant general counsel Robert Graham and former AIG Vp-reinsurance Christian Milton had been charged with charged with one count of conspiracy, four counts of securities fraud, two counts of making false statements to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, four counts of wire fraud and two counts of mail fraud.
Trial has been set for May 22.
