FirstAssist has launched its group personal accident service.
The new product delivered more than just a cash payment in the event of accidental injury or death, said FirstAssist. It incorporates traditional personal accident insurance with a range of services that bring emotional support.
The package includes workplace health and safety assessments, rehabilitation advice and occupational health.
Legal expenses insurance is also provided, offering legal advice from barristers and solicitors and legal expenses if necessary. If an accident is the fault of a third party, individuals can obtain expert legal advice on all aspects of personal injury.
