New operations manager to strengthen counter fraud services
Motor insurer First Central has appointed Chris Hallett as operations manager.
Hallett joins from RBSI where he held the role of claims transformation manager.
He will be responsible for the operational management of the insurers counter fraud services team (CFS) and optimise the fraud risk management strategy.
First central director of fraud Glenn Marr said: “We are delighted to welcome Chris to the team and he has very quickly made a positive impact, in what is a fast moving environment. His appointment demonstrates our continued investment in First Central’s fraud prevention and detection capabilities. When we say we adopt a zero tolerance approach to fraud – we mean it, and our approach to tackling fraud is holistic”.
Hallet said: “This role is a great opportunity for me to bring my knowledge and experience to First Central and build on the great work achieved by the CFS team to date. I believe in developing strong relationships, identifying areas for personal development and rigorously monitoring SLA’s to deliver maximum operational efficiency and team performance.
