A female golf professional who worked at AIG's country club has sued the insurance company on Monday for sexual discrimination, according to reports.
The suit seeks an unspecified amount of damages for discrimination.
McDonald who worked as head professional at the Morefar Golf Club, operated by Back O'Beyond and AIG, told the golf club's manager in 2004 that she was pregnant, after which the manager "began to find fault with every aspect" of her performance, the suit said.
According to the suit, McDonald was terminated several months later due to "the elimination of the position", but the job still exists.
