Ex-Broker Network director makes industry return at Compass

Compass Broker Services has appointed Scott Bennett to the newly created role of UK sales director.

Bennett joins the Arthur J Gallagher-owned network from fire alarms and property security firm Assured Fire and Security where he was a sales director.

Prior to that, he spent four years as sales director of Broker Network, having previously been regional sales director at Towergate Partnership since 2005, after a decade with broker Hill House Hammond.

At Compass he will be responsible for the two networks: Select, which is designed for brokers that generate more than £3m in gross written premium (GWP) and Westinsure, which is aimed at smaller independent brokers.
