Endsleigh hires personal lines head as overhaul continues

Zurich-owned student insurance broker Endsleigh has hired former Samsung executive Paul Bolton as its new personal lines head.

He reports to Endsleigh chief executive Jeff Brinley and will be in charge of the broker’s motor, home and possessions business.

Bolton’s appointment comes as Endsleigh continues its transformation programme, which is designed to help the company grow in its core markets.

He will be supported by a team including motor product manager Kurt Hooker, who Endsleigh recently hired from Ageas Retail.

Bolton has more than 20 years’ experience in retail and consumer business. Before joining Zurich he was Samsung’s omni-channel retail director.

Brinley said: “I believe Paul’s vast experience in the consumer and retail sectors will enable us to build on our strategic vision for Endsleigh, so that we can reach out and benefit more customers as we continue developing the products and services they need to fit in with their lifestyles.”
