Ecclesiastical Insurance has reached a sale and contract purchase agreement for its fleet vehicles with Carlisle-based Custom Fleet.
Under the deal, Ecclesiastical will contract purchase its fleet from Custom Fleet with the provision of full maintenance management.
It said the deal would not have the risk on disposal normally associated with contract purchases as Custom Fleet had guaranteed the residential values of all vehicles on the fleet.
