Broker appoints Winn Assist
Taxi and private hire broker, DNA Insurance, has appointed Winn Assist as its provider of legal services which includes a full accident management package.
The new service will provide DNA’s clients with instant access to experienced claims handlers, replacement vehicle facilities and a vehicle repair network. Clients will also have access to legal advice from fully qualified lawyers and be able to monitor the progress of their claim online via a secure website.
DNA insurance director Danny Imray said: “Responsive claims service and accident management is crucial in the private hire and taxi market as time off the road means time without income.
