Davies Chartered Loss Adjusters has acquired Eastwell Contractor Management & Claim Care Ltd. It said the acquisition was to broaden the scope of services provided by the Davies Group.
Eastwell, founded early last year, is a managed repair service aimed at the insurance market, especially loss adjusters. It incorporates Regency Response, a dedicated reclamation and disaster restoration service.
The two companies have had a long association, said the Davies Group. It said the acquisition would create a `top to toe' building claims solution and would provide the building industry with a gateway to insurance funded contracts that was both reliable and sustainable.
Davies Group senior partner David Ede said Eastwell's network of independent contractors would soon be extended nationwide.
