Many insurers and brokers moan about the lack of positive press coverage.

Well, fret no more, an insurance customer service manager from Dorset made it into the nationals last week.

For what, I hear you cry? Delivering quality customer service? Exceeding staff retention targets? Er, no...being caught dogging on Studland beach.

Sharon Bull, 45, was full of regret after the incident, which was witnessed by an excitable Plod, who was quoted as saying: "It was a bit of a show. Mrs Bull and the two brothers were having full sex, taking it in turns...There was an audience there and these men were getting enjoy-ment out of watching."

Certainly a novel approach to customer service from Mrs Bull, who we're having difficulty tracking down. Anyone want to own up?
