The Treatment Network buys offloaded division Corpore for undisclosed sum
Loss adjuster Cunningham Lindsey’s UK operation has sold its Corpore workplace risk management subsidiary to The Treatment Network for an undisclosed sum.
Corpore provides workplace rehabilitation, absence injury and risk management services.
Cunningham Lindsey chief executive Phil McNeilage said: “Since its launch in 2005, we’ve successfully grown Corpore through strong client support.
“Over the last nine years, however, the demands of this very specialised market have changed and we realised that the business would be better supported if it sat within an organisation with the same core activity and market focus.
“This transaction also supports our unwavering commitment to a highly focused five-year development plan, which allows us to maximise our core claims management business.”
McNeilage added that Cunningham Lindsey would continue to use Corpore as its preferred rehabilitation provider.
