Crawford & Company is in discussions to acquire Specialist Liability Services (SLS), the liability adjusting and claims handling company.
Ian Muress, chief executive, Crawford & Company, Europe, Middle East & Africa and Michael Woolston, managing director of SLS jointly announced that the two businesses are currently in discussions.
Both said that further details will be revealed in due course, with the transaction expected to complete in the next few weeks.
