Crawford & Company UK has appointed Vic Noble as national customer service manager for its UK property operations.
In this new role, Noble will report to Graeme Fitzpatrick, UK property operations manager, and be responsible for championing service excellence across Crawford's customer service centres.
He will work closely with this sector's regional operations managers to ensure that service delivery remains strong and consistent, and that client and local broker relationships are maintained to the highest level.
In addition, Noble will take ownership for certain key client relationships and several existing innovative business development projects and client implementation programmes.
Benedict Burke, chief operating officer, UK & Ireland said: “Vic is a major industry figure, well-respected for his abilities and with an excellent track record of delivery in relation to client needs. His experience and dynamism will be a vital asset, both technically and operationally.”
