Uninsured drivers return to the road with no insurance again
Police pulled over 6,000 motorists in three hours on a major Coventry road and caught 11 motorists driving without insurance, the Coventry Telegraph reports.
All had their vehicles seized and now face prosecution.
Sergeant Tim Rogers, who led the operation, said: “We are finding a lot of repeat offenders. People we have taken cars from historically are back out on the road without insurance.”
