Aggregator plans to consolidate market position

Comparethemarket.com has expanded its team with three new appointments.

David Jackson has become director of insurance partners. He previously worked for the Yorkshire Building Society as head of retail and, more recently, head of e-commerce and financial services. He will lead the team responsible for managing car, home, commercial vehicle and motorbike insurance.

Rob Kenley joins comparethemarket.com as director of money, from his position as head of strategy at moneysupermarket.com. Prior to this, he held the role of head of cards and payments, and positions within MBNA and Egg. He will look after loans, credit cards, savings, banking, mortgages and foreign currency.

Andrew Stocks has worked for comparethemarket.com for over three years and has accepted the role of senior manager, life and general Insurance. He will be responsible for leading and developing the life insurance, SME, travel, pet, warranty, PPI and medical propositions.
