CNA has announced that Julian Enoizi is to be appointed managing director of its European businesses, subject to regulatory approval.

Enoizi will succeed Keith Davies, who has held the position since 2001 and will pursue other professional ventures following a transition period.

Enoizi, who joined CNA in 2002, is currently general manager and legal counsel for Continental Europe. A lawyer, he has established and developed the company's continental business. He previously worked with AIG.

James R Lewis, president and chief executive of CNA property and casualty operations, said: “Keith has led our European businesses to a much stronger position, financially and operationally and we appreciate his contributions.”

“Julian's experience and leadership make him an ideal successor.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
