Dedicated training resource is launched
Close Premium Finance has announced that it is increasing its broker training capabilities by launching a dedicated training resource.
Carly Stevens,account manager with Close for several years, is now responsible for delivering training on Close’s full range of products at broker offices.
Tim Wilson, sales and marketing director at Close Premium Finance, said: “Broker support is a key concern for any good premium finance provider – brokers have other issues to focus on and premium finance is something that just needs to happen for them.
“But in the current credit crunch it’s more important than ever that broker staff understand the opportunities and features of the product, in order to add maximum value to clients - not to mention the cashflow protection and bad debt exposure protection that premium finance can offer. That’s why we’ve boosted our training capability to make using and promoting finance as easy as possible.”
Stevens will be delivering the new service at broker offices across the country.
She said: “I know from my previous role the common gaps in knowledge that brokers have. We are also constantly broaden our product offering to reflect market needs, and we want to keep our customers up to date with what’s available. I’m looking forward to the new role and to meeting and helping a wide range of our brokers.”
